Rules for the operation of an electronic registry

"Documentation web accessibility principles" (v. 2.3), which was submitted to the Blind Union of Slovakia. The entire site is also available in text version and after shutdown, Java and JavaScript sequences is defined in relative units and its contents can easily zoom in and out using standard tools web browsers.
